ROSSI has been producing award-winning ice cream in Essex since 1932. Over 80 years later ROSSI has a long-standing heritage that continues to be loved by generations throughout the county.
The LoCASE funded project identified that with the potential savings gained by introducing new, more energy efficient production equipment, ROSSI would be saving almost 131,000kWh, along with a reduced energy bill of over £16,500 & reduced emissions of over 53 tonnes CO2 per annum.
