Bro, your happiness driving the old datsun is so intense, I feel so happy that you can drive/have pretty much whatever car you want, but it doesn't matter, sensation is not something you can just go ahead and buy. CHEERS adam!!!! great car man
The craziest thing you've ever done in a car and all it took was 300hp and a 50 year old Datsun! This is way better than watching an 800hp Porsche do 9 seconds. Go the oldsckool!!! Keep the Datsun vids coming mate..
Id suggest putting in a simple line lock to get a proper burnout going if you want to continue racing it at the strip. Aside from that congrats on the wheelie,looked smooth and didnt come down too hard at all.
This sweet Datsun, deserves a full restore with custom interior, air con, an infotainment system and sound system/speakers and a nice paint job to set it off. It's a perfect couples car that's able to drift, drag race and have fun with. Awesome

Adam has drifted close to 120. The reason he said this was scary is because of the sketchy car. It’s not like he’d be scared of speed in a less sketchy car
It’s the lower priced , lower hp, and unexpected builds that always puts smiles on your face lol and also the viewers!!! Like, the show car build purpose cars are awesome and everything but that smile on the wheel was so genuine! At 11:34 something fell off in the middle of the car
My first car was a datsun 1200 coupe...Just like this one except mine was orange. It was indestructible. It had no brakes and you could spin the little 4 cylinder by hand but it would always start and could go anywhere. I traded it for a Dodge Van and the dude totaled it less than a month later. I absolutely loved that car. It also had an underdash Pioneer Super Tuner shoved into the dash with 4 6x9 Jensen 3-way speakers wedged into the doors and back seat and a Spark-o-Matic booster. You could hear it 3 blocks away...priceless!

Man I grew up building cars like this (Puerto Rican thing) and when I finally got my license I bought an AE86 (back in 2004) and I left all the old school stuff behind. This definitely brings back some great nostalgic memories. ❤
After years of begging finally some drag content! The best part is it's in the most unexpected amazing little Datsun! I'm really hoping to see a few more trips in the near future!
