“Rotational Pitching” is a fancy way of saying - the natural way your body wants to move. For me, this style of pitching is safer on the body long term, and generates power and velocity with the hips rather than the upper body. It’s important to know what type of style your instructor is teaching you or your athlete before you get started in lessons - don’t be afraid to ask!
