Do you know how much of the posterior scapula is visible on mri when you do the planning. Like where is the cutoff landmark?

How much of the muscle fibers is shown on a shoulder mri typically though. These run to the posterior scapula so where does mri cut off? How about the teres major?

Please advise whether below MRI report is treatable without surgery? Injection? Partial tear or sprain of supraspinatus just before insertion Minimal gleno hum and ac cl joint effusion Minimal sub a, sub Cora, sub delt bursal collection Partial tear/sprain of inferior Glen hum ligament with effusion in vicinity. It was due to weight training 🙄 sleep is hell with pain. I am 50 👋
