I’m a newby with my brio 15.5. I decided to do a chicken with the rotisserie today . Well it was a disaster. I had the rod backwards and could t figure out why it wouldn’t spin. Then I found you! Life changer. You saved the day( and my supper) Thankyou so much.
Just got our Nuwave 14Q. Gonna try it today. Your video is gonna help. I like how you didn't edit the "cutting the wrong side" part. I really believe we've All made that mistake at one point in our cooking lives. Cheers!
Ever since I got my NuWave Brio 14Q I have wanted to rotisserie a chicken, but then when I looked in the book they didn't have instructions!! Super annoying! Thank you so much for doing this excellent video, now I know how to cook this bird 🐔🐔🐔
Excellent cooking method. In the past two and a half months I've made this four or five times and the bird comes out so moist. Thanks for the awesome video! I always check you out first now for air fryer cooking.
Just did a chicken in my fryer today. Your directions were spot on, so much mahalos! The trussing part is definitely going to need some practice, though...after watching some videos on how to do it, I spent the better part of 30 min trying to tie that bird up haha!
This video saved Easter dinner 2021 lol. I was so overwhelmed trying to figure out how to get the chicken on there properly. This video was a MAJOR help you make it look so easy. Chicken turned out great dinner was beautiful thank you for these videos🙌🏾
WOW Have not been on your channel in a while. Just bought the 15.5Q from kohls so been going through your older videos to check out your recipes and how to cook with this thing. This is something i really want to do eventually!!
Thank you! I could not find a video on how to use it. Then I finally found yours! Also, how do you use the other metal box piece that comes with it lol
Wow O am so glade I found your videos Thank you so much for the lol now i have to go all the way back and see all of them lol i can not stop on a roll now
you will get better results if you brine the chicken for at least 4 hours before you season and cook it ,it will be juicy and tender ,also if you spray the chicken with a little bit of oil it will have a nicer brown color ! thanks for sharing ,i followed the temperature and time you used to cook mine
just bought my brio 14Q and a made an english beef roast in the rotisserie cage. I put water in and potatoes in the drip pan. Think the water helped keep the roast moister? or more moist. think when do a chicken i will add water to drip pan.
I watched a few of your videos and liked. As a newbie owner, may I ask that you mention the watts your using when cooking. If you did, please disregard the request.
What gloves are those?? I have this oven, used the rotisserie basket and then didn’t have a way to remove it because it was too hot. I didn’t want my oven mitts to get greasy but these gloves would do the trick!
Yeah, but I still need to get the chicken off the rotisserie rod and all unhooked and such. The heat resistant gloves allow it all to be taken care of. I covered the accessories in the initial review: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LWGH7Sg-1yY.html
Nope and most don't, because it's easier said than done 🙂. Here's a good example, most of us strive to achieve, but seldom do 🤣. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fgnT6km6bHs.html
And I demonstrated a single heat resistant glove gets the job done easy. Also, you can see my Power Air Fryer Oven Rotisserie videos. I *never* used that Y handle even then. ru-vid.com/group/PLdwaKyfn2J3q2I6C2s1t1r0TyTmgAhH-P A glove is more reliable, because it's literally a full hand of control 💡
I am cooking in Nuwave Brio air fryer oven but it is different from yours so that video did not help me at all I have settings like 177 C what the heck. Thank you though
It is so annoying how many times you say “ bird” in this video. There are way better seasonings to bring out the best flavor in rotisserie cooking. The seasoning you chose leads to a very mild and flavorless chicken or “Bird” as you say
