This class concept is awesome! The Neo Star Cannon has a really cool design, but overall I think the Gambler's dice is my favorite item showcased in the video. Thematically the gambler's dice, based on its design and stats, might be a better item to drop in Encore rather than normal Puppet Theater. The black and red just screams the design of that particular dungeon, just imo. Overall though awesome video, love seeing inspiring ROTMG content like this!
I am such a huge fan of adding another weapon to the game, and you've made such a good concept of it! I really hope deca considers this! Adding onto the idea, I feel like the trinket only halfways fits the idea of the pirate being almost entirely weapon focused. It feels like the current version is just a ninja star that boomerangs. What if we took inspiration from like ULTRAKILL or something and made it so that you drop a little coin on the floor similar to a huntress trap, and when you shoot it, it shoots a much more powerful projectile at nearby enemies? Higher tiers of trinkets could direct more bullets before they disappear or shoot more trinkets at once. The bullet would of course also have to be very very speedy so as to not miss, and actually be worth focusing. It could also inflict exposed on enemies it hits or something, a debuff that currently only the samurai consistently has.
@@ZeekarPRIME Having some kind of mechanic that rewards the player for aiming at something else other than the enemy would be very cool and interesting to see, it's a great suggestion that I might use in the future!
ST Set that has a Single fire pistol, coin that goes slower and needs to be shot for it to deal critical damage to the nearest enemy. Armor provides a small amount of healing on enemy kill. Rings are three different arms you can pick and choose with different stats/features. Your skin turns into a blue robo guy with wings
An interesting idea for a UT ability I just had. a compass that functions as a quick time event. It would summon a small circle around the character, and if timed correctly and ability is pressed again while the dial is facing directly north it would grant either stat bonuses for 5-7 seconds on the group, or just a large attack/dex buff on self (sort of like the oseal but with a skill element). Really like the creativity here :)
Big fan of the two gun archetypes and ability. Very creative concepts for the UTs as well. Not sure if it was intentional but Gambler's Dice kinda reminds me of a the "Roll the Bones" ability that rogues use in WoW
The 2 other class could be cowboy and vampire hunter and instead of leather they get a new type of armor that would be a uniforme or anything made of tissue
0:36 I made a joke out loud about how you were copying Terraria with the name of the T5 Trinket, then I saw the rest of the tiers lmao. I like the idea of burst being used to incentivize aiming and hitting all of your shots. I was unsure about the Neo Star Cannon because it looks insanely powerful to me, but its lingering stationary lasers look inconvenient enough to offset the benefits. I also love the idea behind the Gambler's Dice, focusing on timing and adaptability. This is less of a suggestion and more likee advice, but there's a lot of posts on the Realm Eye forums with ideas for enemies and dungeons there, although not all of them were ever fully finished. You already did Void Oryx, but might I suggest looking at The Clock Tower and Oryx's Paracosm? They're both categorized as some of the best dungeon ideas on the forums. You could just make sections of them if making full versions of hypothetical dungeons which might not even get into the game is too much work.
I imagined since its musket style weapons, it would be on large very very slow shot. Maybe at the same rate but not three shots just one, that does three times the damage? I think it would feel more unique
I think one little detail I always like about these videos is that you put potential drop locations for the UTs. I see them and I'm like "Yea that would be nice if it dropped that" Am curious about the lore behind Dual Revolvers dropping from parasite though 🧐though not sure where else it would drop myself.
Could potentially drop from Stone Guardians - because there's two of them. Maybe the para boss ate some pirates who were looking for the t room in para?
In my opinion pirate should be a glass canon character. Leather armour + sword as weapon. The ability should be a flintlock pistol. It should have dps maybe even slightly better than warrior
