I'd defiantly recommend using a little lithium grease with the graphite added to the drive side crankarm and chain ring interface, I've had issues with it creaking and the grease helped a lot.
@@zaff_zuhairi3885 I put it on the crankarm where it contacts the chain rings and I've had good luck pulling the cranks out of the bottom bracket taking the crank arms off the spindle and greasing any contact points including the spindle where it contacts the bottom bracket bearings, no creaking at all!
Have you tried Loctite 609 or Parktool RC-1 with AP-1 as well? You can see what I mean with this video done by BBinfinite ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iCH4E9gBCU4.html
Hi there, thanks for the video, I'm trying to build the exact same setup as you but with Aldhu Carbon cranks, but I have a qns. Does the non-drive side bearing preload ring come with the spacer set/cranks or must be purchased separately?
Hi, crank arms: 355-385g depending on size. Axle: 99g. Spidering 160-200g depending on size (46/30 to 53/39, oval is heavier than round). Carbon arms are 255g average.
You use spacers when the width of the frame with BB installed is below 86mm. You're supposed to mount spacers with BB30, BB386, BBright, PF30. BB86 and BSA do not require spacers expect de 0,5mm included with the axle.
