I have my mother's older Rotring. It looks almost identical to this but the operation and disassembly are slightly different. it doesn't say 600 or 3 in 1 on it. It has a red dot for the red pen, a blue dot for the blue pen, and 0.7 for the pencil. They're great products.
Nice video. I have a Rotring 3 in 1 that's similar but you have to push the top down for the ink/pencils to come out. Then turn the top to retract or change color (red/blue) . I've had it for at least 15 years and it still works like new. Anyway... thanks for the video. PS - Do you have a prefered brand for ink refills?
Hi Tony! I didn't knew that mechanism until now. As for the refills, I buy Rotring refills, but recently I experimented Kaweco, and I also enjoy those! Thank you for watching!
Hi! Can't answer because I don't have the regular 600. However... I can say the gravity center is in the middle of the pencil. By comparison, the Staedtler Mars Technico and the Pentel Graphgear 500 (other reviews I did) have the gravity center at 1/3 from the tip.
So overall is it any good? . is the pencil performing nice? , looks interesting because of the thicker grip section and if the pencil retracts sounds nice.
