This kit was on my truck when I bought it, do you sell a kit to stop it from losing alignment and causing my truck to eat through 2k$ worth of front tires in less than three months???? If so I might be interested...

So why is it that I can never find a 8in lift for my 2014 Ford F-150 which is 2wd? Just curious never owned a 2wd or done any lifts before so it’s fairly new.

Is there a reason the 6inch Struts aren’t compatible with the 2WD version of the truck? I would like to replace the spacers but it says they won’t fit.

I’m building a f150 with this 6in lift. For some reason the knuckle doesn’t reach the cv axle. Any suggestions ?

The site says this isn’t for 09-10 but for 2011-14 is that correct or can this lift he used for my 2010 F-150 XLT 2WD

im currently installing this on my 2013 2wd f150 and both cross members dont line up on the ends so the bolts can go thru . buying a grinder tommorrow to attemp to make my holes line up to get the bolts thru

you should do another video of same gen, make, drive, and all that but for single or reg cab trucks I will even let you use mine for demonstration just let me know when its all done and i will come down to get it and please be sure to detail it real good for photos i wouldn't want you guys to damage your Image .. .. 😉no need to thank me I'm just glad I can help out

Thanks for posting the video. I have a 2010 4wd but can't find a matching video. I'm assuming the install is largely the same?

Yes it is similar you don't use the 4WD components like the CV axle spacers and diff drop brackets.

It’s the same but the rear drop crossmember has to be cut out. There’s videos out there of 4wd tutorials. I’m no pro at this but from all the 4x4 Lift Kit tutorials this is always what I’ve seen done. Reason for why is so the front axle diff has room when it’s dropped from the front end being lifted. 2wd trucks do not has it of course so doesn’t need to be cut. Whatever kit u buy will send u a template for the cutting section so u don’t cut something that doesn’t need to b cut. Hope this helped some good luck 🍀

The 2WD kit will not have the drive shaft spacer.

We do not offer a video for that particular make and model for an install video but the kit does come with step by step instructions.

Why not? There is alot of people that have the 2wd Super duty that has a hard time finding those kits. Most try lame excuses of saying not to lift a 2wd, but most these 4x4's end up being show trucks that NEVER end up even using their 4wd after a lift anyways 😂. Victor...use a 4wd front lift kit and then just get the blocks for the rear. Or just get the add a leaf.

has anyone had an issue with the tie rod end not fitting in the new knuckle? Gonna taper reamer the knuckle, but I've seen no mention of this being needed.

No. That shouldn't be an issue unless you have an aftermarket tie rod on the vehicle. That could create some fitment issues.

Actually, Baja race trucks are pretty much all lifted 2wd trucks. They lift those trucks for the same reason the owner of a 4wd truck does, tire clearance. Aside from that, some don't need, have, or want a 4wd truck, but really like the lifted look with big wheels and/or tires. Here at Rough Country, we don't discriminate. We cater to all those who want to live the lifted lifestyle regardless of their reasons why.

Matthew!! You are one of those saps that are hung on thinking 4x4 is the inly way to go. As for me and my crew, WE RESPECT ALL TRUCKERS AND LIFTED TRUCKS...whether 2wd or 4x4. You son need to move on with that mentality and have respect for all truck owners! Once MOST (meaning more lift for show on 4x4 than not, and most get big show rims with that lift and never see mudding again) these 4x4 owners lift their 4x4 and deck it all out, they usually only drive around for show anyways!!!
