Today we are installing SUNPIE Rocklights and Rough Country Rear Wheel Well Liners on a 2021 Ford F-150. This rocklight kit is around $50 and is not bad for the price. We will also take you through installing the Rough Country Wheel liners as we install the Rocklights. Give yourself about 3-4 hours to install and run all the cables.

A good way not to have the wires rub thru is the zip tie to the body and leave a gap and run a zip thru that with the wire. That way only the zip ties will rub against the metal. Did this all the time with wires as a commercial hvac tech and never had an issue

Can we pick up shorter bolts/screws at Home Depot or something? I take it you put that weatherstripping on the metal threads to not scratch the underside of the rear fenders

My buddy actually installed the two rocklights in the fender liners the night before, I honestly didn’t even notice that when I was installing them on the truck. I guess you can add them if you want but fords are all aluminum so it shouldn’t rust if you don’t want to worry about it.

@@zachattackcustoms any advice on mounting rock lights in the front fenders (lasfit rocklights) do I need to drop front fenders liners (is that hard to do?) do u know if they use bolts or self taping screws?

@Arthurmd22 we just pealed the liner back on the front. We used the screws it came with.
