I think u guys r missing the point, I think it is super cool that Ryan has a spot for Jr, he has his really good days as a laborer, but on any crew the new guy or the owner drives the buggy, and those things r dangerous especially the wheeled buggys. Sr has been w victory for like 20 years and I'm pretty sure he bullfloated now, it takes a while to earn your stripes! His whole crew understands culture, that's why they don't miss days and r team players, it seems like the owner takes really good care of his workers!

Also what most people don't know is that his primary role is to supervise the operations and when you have a crew that runs as smooth as these guys, there's not much he needs to do to keep everyone on task! When there's no buggies of concrete that need dumping and no tools that need washing/organizing, he pretty much just needs to stand watch and maintain a threatening pose to scare off any would-be equipment thieves. 😂

You can tell by listening to him that his septum is likely severely deviated, which means he has a severe lack of oxygen which has numerous impacts on the body including slowing digestion and making it impossible to lose weight and exercise. I would know, I was there until I had my septum repaired, though mine wasn't even close to how bad Jr's is. Ryan is certainly kind for paying him, as it technically isn't Ryan's problem, for what Jr is able to do but it is likely not entirely Jr's fault or his lack of caring about his health that he is the way he is. Practice a little empathy and consider that not everyone is lazy and uncaring because they're overweight.

@@ParadoxialShift You hit the nail on the head brother and this was what i was getting at. Daryl does look like he wants to work hard and he seems to have an amazing attitude. But just for the low oxygen saturation he will be tired all the time. And unable to exercise for long periods and also in turn his body will crave energy so he is likely to eat a poor diet. Sinus issues are serious and can easily cause sleep issues also and weight gain. As you say you can clearly see that most of his speech trouble is due to sinus problems. I hope Ryan sees these comments and we can get it rolling as I'd happily donate and this young man needs help to improve his future. Its easy to criticise people that are different in some way than it is to understand and help them.

Give us a break. We didn't see any woman standing at the end of his driveway. When he pulled out, he drove quite a way down the road before there was even a glimpse some someone standing on the side of the road, but he didn't even videotape this so-called "stalker." If he was so concerned, then why didn't he record her? He's got all those cameras at his disposal, why not use them? And if he was legitimately in fear for his family's wellbeing, then why wouldn't he stick around long enough to speak to the police instead of leaving to go to work? It sounds to me that the guy is just thirsty for some attention and trying to get some views. smh
