FUNNY FUN FACT: not to many years ago, my mom actually played shadows of evil and she survived four rounds FOUR FRICKING ROUNDS I TELL YOU I LOVE MY MOM ❤️
Im here before anyone catches on to that audio from that meme. But damn i remember playing offline ps4 and splitscreen and the only map to play was this. I enjoyed the theme and environment but the damn map was complex.
That’s why it’s my favorite map of all time, you can just feel the whole vibe they were going for and majority of it’s feeling is carried by this amazing jazz that isn’t found anywhere else in the franchise
3:54 I imagine a shooting happening in the beginning of a 1930's detective drama. It's night outside and the killer wears a fedora and trench coat. perfect opening.
@@micahfromclt "Bloody, is it not? They're ruthless in their nature, unstoppable in their advance. Money, sex, power, their greed never ceases. Hahaha. You're right, it *is* a way to live. Welcome to Boston, Massachusetts. 1928 was a good year."
@@trayce5233 nah it can also be a round changing sound, ive heard it many times cause shadows is an extremely replayable map so its easy to memorize everything.
3:54 is the absolute perfect opening to the map. Hearing the shadow man saying “you bear the mark… you are cursed!” For the first time, only to hear a dreadful remark such as “I don’t think this is a dream…” RIGHT in time for 3:59 to hit gives off a feeling like no other. Absolute masterpiece of a composition, and my favorite by far.
you can still play it , there's still a lot of people that play zombies, in my opinion they should have made a zombies gamemode in modern warfare that is the same as BO3 zombies , bo3 zombies with MW graphics and animations would be the best thing ever
@@raffaeleverde7496 I went to another school, made for gifted kids and then I never had the time to be with them, they didn't bother checking up on me either
Imagine the first night of the Summer Holiday has started, you wake up in the middle of the night because 0:01 starts playing. And you know you’re fucked.
I remember back when this map came everyone was throwing shit at it and after they actually gave it a try and look how awesome this map is they changed their minds about it and now it’s considered almost by everyone a top tier map
I have to say gameplay wise I didn’t really like this map it just took a while to get set up but everything else was perfectly executed the music, visual gameplay, the characters and design of everything from the perks to the zombies was astoundingly amazing gg treyarch
@HashoomY i was thinking something of like..." *Shadows of Evil* " xD naw but im not really good with names but, maybe "Nightwalk on Paradise Street"? dont know, would love to hear what you have in mind as well!
I remember playing BO3 zombies for the first time and my first response was that it was “too difficult and confusing” when in reality it was the perfect amount of challenges and difficulty after BO2. We will never get another like those two.
This is hands down the best soundtrack out of all treyarch zombies maps, even though I don’t like the map because of its late game, I have to give credit where it’s due. 2:14 is my favorite
It's honestly got one of the best atmospheres of any map. So unique and the vibe is consistent everywhere, from the characters to the story to the music and the new enemies.
@@DSCris sorry for the late reply 😂😂 but totally agree it's just beautiful map, so unique but you could tell at the time it's something we'll all miss in the future
I haven’t played BO3 Zombies in a few years now, (Since 2016 specifically.) But these tracks keep calling back to me, I just had to listen to them one more time.
