Round Loss and Time Out Animations for Newcomers | Under Night In-Birth II [SYE:Celes] 

Just a little video to round out the new characters' animations in anticipation of Uzuki. Since all of them are basically the same for the returning cast, I'll hold off on making an entirely new compilation until maybe after Izumi.
Also made because you're not going to get as many time-outs in UNI2 with the way the game is at the moment. With meter gain out the roof, damage potential even higher, and with the actual timer being longer than what's displayed, time-outs are rarer than ever with people dying faster within longer round times.
I'd like to make a video going over what everyone actually says during time-outs but I'm really annoyed at how those voice-lines overlap with the winning character's round win lines too. Maybe in the future.
