Saw this pointed out by cheebs_ in the UNI Discord, but looks like the skull effect is probably GRD drain. You can see it happen to Chaos 32 seconds into the trailer, beyond just the 1 GRD block you lose for getting hit.
It's indeed hard to discern normals from specials here but looks like the only thing that could be a command normal would be the drill. But with buttons big as hers means that she seems like a glass cannon.
One of the preview images shows off another version of her air coffin where it has a bunch of hands reaching outwards from it. Her introduction titlecard also seems to have her IW being shown where a large goat-skulled skeleton makes a shadow ball. Her IWEXS has one of the little ghost circling the opponent with Mika's face.
It’s easy to forget that as of this writing, less than a month remains until EVO, where Uzuki’s trailer will likely air. Why not wait until she releases and add her into this video?
The plan is have Uzuki get her own dedicated video with a host of lines that I've covered with the base roster already. Instead of retrofitting old videos with just her, I'd figure giving her her own video makes the most sense
