The style of AEC buses was exceptional. RT's, RM's and RF's seen here reminds me when the air was filled with these sounds. It was a great time for bus travellers when these buses were running. The only RF route I saw in operation as a child was Green Line 701/702 which ran near to where my nan lived at Lambeth North. Back then, used routes 3 or 53 from Camden Gardens or RMC route 718 to Epping. The 180/180A and 171A was then a local route. Great buses then.
