You should really consider the ztw beast pro sensored 12s system for this 1/5 scale bro 👍👍 I run a ztw beast pro 6s sensored system in my redcat be6s and it's amazing man and doesn't get hot it's just a literal beast

Not too loud but you never buy a gas car to worry about the noise. MCD sell a brushless conversion for their car which is the exact same as the Rovan

Nah it's not too heavy. 8s is more than enough

@@RCTanksTrucks24712s not to go faster but with lower motor kV and good motor Gear = lower strenght on all Electronic and longer run. Some setup in Europe in 8s but Electronic became warm and lipo too. Try 12s with around 500kv or less motor, a flier/alien ESC 12 250A car version and go!

Seems like when it's hitting the sweet spot it's running out of legs in the top end. Can't wait till you go brushless. Is it just me? but seems like the bigger the gas/nitro vehicle's get the slower they are? Don't know much bout gas/nitro so maybe it's just me.lol. also as you go up in scale does the gearing go up in proportion to the cars themselves?.😁 sweet looking ride also.👍

Mine does same 36 cc has good low mid but top speed , feels like it needs 2nd gear with 2stks power band all the power than need taller gearing to match rpms motor

Nice rip! Try going with a higher stall clutch set up. I run a 8000rpm stall that is "all in" @ 10,500rpm On my 5b =Instant wheelie machine. That set up would keep the engine rpm up in its power-band and really leave some tire marks. Keep up the great videos! !!

Looks like it has potential as a gas car, I could'nt hear the begining due to the wind then the end because of the plane, but looked good was that clutch slipping or spinning the tyres most of the time. You need to get some Hostile slick's or the best I think are the Triton tarmac tyres.

Ran out of fuel - lol - Rookie mistake. Dont destroy the tyres on it. Swap them out for the ones on your Suzuki Swift. It will be cheaper in the long run. Lets see it in action in the grass/dirt.
