Thanks man ! I really enjoy this stuff and these vids are pretty much what my channel is all about when it comes to content. I really enjoy the wrenching side and builds the most. Testing and tuning is a blast too. Its just a killer hobby for a mechanically wired brain such as myself. I appreciate the comment! Hope you’re having a great weekend brother!
From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. I have so many of your videos saved for future help. I myself facing huge drag issues with my baja with the gear plate. Still trying to figure it out. Your video helped me a lot but still not rolling free. I might just run it and see maybe because it has new diff. God bless you
God Bless you too brother from the bottom of my heart! Im glad that my vids help you out man! Thats my whole reason for making these kind of vids. And you still have some drag huh? . It could be the bearings. If everything this is new but spins without any binding then I would go ahead and run it and see if she frees up some. Sometimes the bearings have a little to much grease in them slowing them down . So as long as there is no binding try it. Also the boots over the drive shafts causes drag as well! I quit running boots for a much smoother drive train. No boots allows the dog bones to move back n forth freely in the cups.
I don’t have a 1/5 scale rig YET but thank you so much for the info you give us LOVE watching your channel and I think you are an amazing person and you definitely inspire me 💯💪🏽🤩👍🏽
@@thatoneguy2756 I usually use the Blackbone set up. I did use the stock style style set up but Allens engines kept breaking all the plastic gears and Ingot tired of buying them and changing them out after a few runs so I switched to the whole blackbone set up and honestly everything rolls more free and now I dont have to worry about anything!
Bro you take it to a whole other level....you take stuff and make it better than it is...true technician 💯 thanks for the tips and how to make bearings run smooth....love the channel, so much knowledge!!!
Thank you Andy I really appreciate that bro! Im very serious about this hobby no doubt! I enjoy it to the very very fullest! Hope you have a blessed Sunday bro!
Its called TMR Grease and both TMR and I will have it for sale very soon. We are working in getting the containers and grease now. Its the best stuff Ive used! But we have an even better formula now I cant wait to get it.
Well a locked diff lays all the power down period with no slipping. The diff will turn positraction but will allow some slippage which is easier for turning and its softer on the drive train. Thanks for watching bro.
@@eastsiderc thank u bud for the info i also prefer a diff for bashing i did try a lock diff once before on my baja and was not happy i couldnt get it to drift thru the dirt corners nicely thank u so much for ur imput keep up the awesome videos
