Thank you Adam, if I thought that could happen....it would be buried tomorrow 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you my friend for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Hope things are well!! 😁😁👍👍
Evening Nelson. Was frosty every morning for the last week.. frozen this morning. Was supposed to be raining today. So I didn't spray any Sea90.. I should have!
It has to be the weirdest fall/winters I can remember here and seems all over!! We got rain on day today too, another mother nature set back. Oh my,sounds that way!! Thank you sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 👍👍😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸
I was very lucky cousin Scott! I think I would have had a touch more left had I not gone back over those spots. I don't mind admitting mistakes, I still missed about a 1 ft wide strip🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣🤣 Learning Curves!!! Thank you very much sir for all your support and insight!! Also for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽🌱🌱🌾🌾
Thank you very much Josh, I really appreciate the support my friend!! I have been thinking about something along those lines. The way the land is just really can't naturally shed it. But some kind of drain sysw could be the answer!! It wouldn't take much to get it dry earlier!! Thank you very much sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽
Trial by fire, as real as it gets! This is a huge learning curve for sure!! But loving every min of it!! That thing is tuff as nails it seems!! Thank you Mr Rich for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Cheers my friend!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽
Evening Ron!! Yes sir, that it is!! Wasn't near as bad as I expected it would be, except that last pass 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣🤣 Thank you sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Looks like I would learn, since that's three times in the same spot 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Boy that was a task , could not get the follow me feature to work, so trial by fire full send 🤣🤣🤣 Almost plowed it over there at the end 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Things went well, considering, at least the sprayer did 😉👍 Thank you both for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Watching y'all's week 8 now and Annette washing the truck bed out with bleach water 😳😳
That was one of the wildest days, 39 that morning and 84-85 that afternoon 😳🤦🏻♂️ Yes sir, pretty much that time!! Thank you Mr Bryce for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 👍👍😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸
Same one I stuck the 1086 in too 🤣🤣🤣 That one last pass gets you every time. 🤦🏻♂️ This spring is so crazy, it was 39 then warmed too 84-85 that day!! Thank you Mr Chris, I hope things are going well!! Thank k you for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 👍👍😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸
It sure did!! Wouldn't have been possible if you hadn't went and got it for me!! Thank you for that and always being here, I really appreciate that!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸😁😁👍👍
Boy oh boy. You couldn’t have made a video with more comment drivers if you had hired a Hollywood producer. Right there with you boss man. Catina and I both thought that ground looked dry. Guess we all got fooled.
Thank you Carl for those kind words!! I try to keep it entertaining, but yet real too 🤞😁 I really appreciate the input!! Man that ground was tricky, a little tacky in some shady spots but pretty good considering. Then the further I got to the wet area, yep....I knew better, looked too mellow 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Well hopefully I will gain some ground other places on tht fa next year, and can look into drainage there. Thank you my friend for ALWAYS being here and the great inspiration as well!! Thank the Mrs for me also, hope y'all's trip went well!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽
Getting it done, Feels good to get going ! I have a spray mate sprayer controller. It does automatic rate control based on your groundspeed. And then it can run up to 3 sections manually.
That sounds pretty slick, I was looking into the John Blue setups before I bought this one! Thank you Mr Jon for always being here, and the great advice!! I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Back in 1972 i got stuck with my gleaner A i was in the field alone i hooked my ford 5000 on with a long chain put the combine in reverse spinning ran back to the tractor pulled the combine out ran back put the combine in neutral ran back and caught the tractor
Wow!!! Gordon that sounds alike a huge workout!! But when you are alone, you have to do what you can do for sure!! I enjoy hearing this stories my friend, thank you for that!! And for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍👍
Good evening Nelson. I'm just a day late. 😁 Looks like it went pretty well. We can all understand being a little stuck now and then. That grass is not merely dead, it's really most sincerely dead. (Little Wizard of Oz pun for you)😂 👍🙂🚜🇺🇸🌾
Good evening Mr Will, never late when here, I really appreciate that!! I'm telling ya, that one more pass gets you every time!! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣 As a doornail it is 😉😉 Thank goodness!! Love the pun, and thank you.sir for all the motivation!! Fingers crossed things happen this week!! Really appreciate you sir!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽🇺🇸
Even the best of us get stuck once in awhile 😕🤣🤣🤣. Spraying looks like it went very well 👌, and without all those fancy gadgets on todays equipment. Looking great, it's amazing how far you've come since you started 👍👍🍻🍻🍻🍻
I tell ya that one last pass will get you Everytime 🤣🤣🤣 It did, I can't complain, a few hiccups but a learning curve! Yes sir, I agree, old day got it done, thank goodness!! Thank You Nelson, I took up every second of the 3000 in the field, as remember our 3000's you were in 4th low or 5th high, may be 6th, awesome drone time as well
Thank you Mr Jan, I thought you would enjoy my friend!! Boy you were spot on, 4th low 😉😉😉 Thank you sir for the kind words and ALL your support!! Also for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍

It’s finally dried out enough to plant around here for the most part. Enjoy your goof ups Nelson because we’ve all done them. Take care and have a blessed week my friend.
I was just before working the ground, then more rain. But hopefully this week will be the one!! Thank you Mr Tony for always being here, I really appreciate that!! I hope you do as well 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Heck ya Nelson. Another step closer. I guess all did you get the right amount Souray the 1st time or did you have to over lap 😆. The only time I spray is in the sweet corn patch. I never go the right speed or use the right pressure 😆 I hate spraying honestly 😆 I'm glad things went well for you my friend!!
I think I hit it pretty good, I wish I had overlapped because I I sure missed a couple of strips 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am not at all fond of spraying myself. Had all kinds of issues that day to start off with!! 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️Thank you Tim for always being here, I really appreciate that and all your advice!! 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽🌽
Personally I thought the drone footage was very good! Hoping to spray here tomorrow, you're welcome to come on up and do it for me. Living the dream and Glory be to God sir.
Thank you Mr Steve, I was determined to get drone footage 🤣🤣🤣 Never thought it possible to fly it and drive it we managed, almost drove it over though 😂😂😂 Heck yeah, that sounds awesome!! Would love to see that 😉 You know I would in a min be there!! Hoping to start working ground today, rained some Sunday but dry for a week🙏🏻 Fingers crossed it gets planted by the weekend!! Amen to that my friend, Amen to that!!! Blessed beyond words!! Thank you Mr Steve for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Keep me posted on the spraying 😉😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🙏🏻
On the pre emerge work if you're following with tillage Max tillage depth is 3-4 inches If you are doing your tillage first 20gpa We'll get you a lot more bang for your buck. The extra water can be a nuisance, but it sure helps with coverage same within season. Run the higher rate of water
Thank you again!! Yes I have contemplated, and think I will follow with some light tillage. I have read it works better and doesn't need the rain as much. I will sure keep that tillage first formula in the books though, that sounds like great advice!! Thank you very much for your help and guidance!! Also for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽
I could say the same if I would have just listened to my mind....but NOOO let's get that one more pass 🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Thank you sir, can't complain really lessons learning for sure!! Thank you for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Congrats on your viral video and growth of your channel!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽
I know almost in the same spot too 🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ It sure has, almost all good and brown now!! Thank you sir for the kind words and input on tht footage!! Also for always being here, I really appreciate that!! Hope things are well your way!! 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸😁😁🚜🚜🌽🌱🌱🌾🌾🍻🍻
You're getting it done! Man, those gopros must be pretty tough, I've seen guys run over them, seen a couple get plowed under, saw one go through a corn picker (thankfully it had a husking bed instead of a sheller) and they managed to survive. Stinks about that wet spot. At least you were able to pull it out easy enough. I hope the weather cooperates for you! Looking forward to the next steps! Hope you have a good one, Nelson!
Thank you Evan!!! We are getting there!! They sure seem to be, that thing has taken a beating this year for sure!! Work through a corn picker, man!! I hate to lose that area, but I knew it was a gamble from the start.😥 But maybe in the future I can get some tile put in!! Fingers crossed it does Evan, we got 1/2" yesterday so a day or two behind now 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Thank you my friend for always being here, I really appreciate that!! I hope you do as well my friend!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽
I think as the months go by I will sure have to address those spots for sure!! Thank you Keith for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
You're not the first person to not turn on a section.. our old sprayer was 5 sections. We had all ball valves, really worked great!! A 3/4" main, into the manifold of 5 1/2".. normally just used the main, and used the 5 for odd shapes, triangle fields so we didn't skip or over spray.. Wide tires or duals help with those wet spots.
I was having some issues that morning with the pressure and had been messing with it. Turned the handle one notch to many 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I don't think I would do good many more sections 🤣🤣🤣 I knew better than to go over there, all the rest was good...but no just try that one more pass 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Ed!! 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸😁😁
@@Pennies_on_the_dollar pro tip.. any area you are concerned about. Walk through it. See how far you can go. Maybe even find a path through the middle. It's all a learning experience. You're doing pretty good 👍
@GosselinFarmsEdGosselin I debated on that last pass for ten minutes, to the full send method , which I am seeing isn't the best approach anymore 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you Ed for the kind words!! 😁
It seems to always be something Mr Robert 🤦🏻♂️ Thank you sir, glad you are back home and doing better!!! 😁😁👍👍 I really appreciate you always being here!! 😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽
Everything was set Russ, a little ground prep, fertilizer, pre-plant and the them in goes the seed. Mother nature had other plans, rain ALL day today 😭😭😭 But I feel like by June that will be a welcome event. So I will do the best I can , but fingers crossed it works out soon!! Thank you sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍😁🇺🇸🌽🌽🌽
I am hoping to but won't know until tomorrow how much it rained there. Hopefully you will be ready to roll them when you are ready!! 😁LOOKING fwd to seeing that for sure!! 😉😉
I'm telling ya Mr Matt, that was a huge task on its on!! But had to get it before dad got there 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thank you my friend for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
That was some herbicide to kill everything that had grown back since I plowed and disked last fall. Once it's dead I will work under the trash, with a disk then spread dry fertilizer and spray more herbicide to keep the grass and weeds down for a while, then plant. At least that's the plan, not sure if it will work with me I'm tht wheelhouse, but we are going to try!!! Thank you Josh for the question and interest!! Also for always being here, I really appreciate that!!😁😁👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Most of the time form what I know it's usually around April 15-25th for our area. I wanna say he is around the first time middle of May. But this is all so new to me, it's hard to keep up! I hope to disk and prep this week and hopefully plant. It rained a lot today so may be further behind than that 😭😭
It has been the wildest spring Tom I can remember. That day it tipped out at 84-85.😳😳 Thank you sir for always being here, I really appreciate that!! 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸😁😁
