I've literally just hit "Go" on the 8th video, and then say this comment. I'm really pleased you're enjoying them. I've got 2 more to come, and then I'm going to go back to my normal RowAlongs for a while, just to see how these sit. But I will return to this idea.

Hahah. Yes, very true. And one of the things I loved about making this series was that the reduced chat from me meant I was able to really hit the intervals hard - and I have to say, these 25 minutes, and the upcoming 30 minute workouts really were amazing for hitting me where it needed to!
