Your cottage is absolutely beautiful! I’m in awe at the beauty of your quilt pieces. Those of us who don’t have these quilts have to compensate by embroidery stitching more. So don’t feel anything less when you create. I love watching how you and your sister create your master pieces ( because they are). Have a wonderful week. Aloha.

Hi Sarah! I really love the touches of Rick rack. As a young girl in the 60s and 70s, my Mom made our clothes and everything had Rick rack on them as it was groovy back then.. lol 😆 ice always had a soft spot for it since then. I agree, the embroidered cottages are just amazing this month. There is so much talent in this group!

I'm liking your cottage very much. I haven't started April yet because I have no old quilts and it has left me so undecided. If I quilt a piece, it will look too new. Oh well, I'll get there eventually.

Your cottage is beautiful. I am so glad that this will continue on in july. Don't forget as someone famous said " Comparison is the thief of joy!" I feel the same with mine, it is so plain. I had outlined my cottage as well.
