I’m an Arsenal fan. That fan should be banned for life. An absolute embarrassment to our club. Will give Keane a lot of credit here. He was calm throughout and simply said, call the police. Years ago, he would have hit him back. I despised Keane in the noughties. What Arsenal fan didn’t. Yet now he’s a very composed and unbiased pundit. Micah used to be too muscular and now he's just fat, that's what you get for overbulking. Best off being bit less bulky and more shredded when you're around 40, I'm there myself and it's so much easier to maintain a slimmer more athletic physique
