I once gave a tour of The National Museum of Tanzania (in Dar es Salaam) to a white tourist who was staying in my property, and in the end I came out of the museum quite depressed from all the exhibits about slavery and colonialism inflicted on Africans by colonialists from Arabia and Europe. The pro tour guides that I found at the museum charged tourists $10 to show them around the museum (which is about a 1 hour tour). They were in a good cheerful mood... I guess they comforted themselves with the money they made off the tours. As an Airbnb host I didn't know this side of hosting, so I had done it for free, and it was my first time. I was so depressed on that day.

I heard an interview with Jamie Foxx talking about Leonardo DiCaprio's performance in Django and how nervous he was to use the language he had to use in the dinner scene. Jamie talked him up and got the performance we see in the movie. Pretty amazing stuff
