+wlliamson53 He takes his line out and splits it in two, half goes straight into a bass amp as normal. The other half goes into a pedal to pitch it up and octave then runs through a distorted guitar amp. The second part is why it sounds much higher than a normal bass

Oh my god, It's the White Stripes reincarnated in the 2020's in another body. Classic heavy guitar - drums formula. I love it so much.

+Mudante He plays bass but distorts the sound with different effect pedals and octave pedals to give the sound that he is playing both when he is in fact only playing a bass. Very talented bass player.

+luke54055 He takes line out and splits the signal in to two actually. So half runs to a bass amp and the other two a guitar amp, kind of like Local H but with a bass. Still takes a good ear and some talent to not make it sound like shit.
