I’m going to sound like a horrible person but we’ve only done adults only cruising (ocean and river) and all the kids running around in your video reminded me why.
OMG! After that video my husband is super excited to book our next cruise on Odyssey Of The Sea. We have a future cruise booking from our last cruise in Sept, with our daughter to book for spring 2023. Now we are not sure we could wait that long. 😲😂

Ate at El Loco Fresh on embarkation day on Symphony of the Seas in October. Being from Texas, I have pretty high standards where it comes to Mexican/TexMex style food. I thought they were pretty well on point, could have used a bit more spicing on the meats, but still hella tasty. Definitely think this was an improvement over the old burgers & hot dogs type grill that you often find on the Lido deck.
Was going to comment that being from Texas this kind of food is basically Monday, Wedenssday, and Friday, so I'd probably stick to the higher end stuff.
Loved El loco fresh! I did think it was better on the Freedom than the Symphony. I really liked the Nachos. Thanks for sharing your lunch time with us!
I repped the Loca Fam on my recent freedom Cruise. Wore my purple nice aft shirt while meeting friends from the FB group at the lime and coconut. Also enjoyed El Loco fresh nachos at the same time.

We are on Oasis of the Seas on 11/28 and Loco Fresh was added in her amplification last year. I am loco-excited to try it. I love Mexican food and I can't wait to eat here. Thank you for the review!
Yep. Had it on Symphony of the Seas for breakfast. Very nice and fresh. However, how does it compare with Blue Iguana on Carnival. Honestly, I like them both. Hard to compare. I do like the fresh tortilla making machine at the Blue Iguana.
I love burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, so unless they do a really bad job (I'm looking at you, Guy's Burgers), I'm sure I'd enjoy it. I tried last night to book a last-minute cruise but the available dates were directly between the dates I'm on PTO. Oh well! Next time!
This is a great spot that we have enjoyed a few times. Nice to have poolside on a sea day, so you can grab and go without having to change clothes. Highly recommended.
That’s funny…we literally had El Loco Fresh to ourselves when we went back on the Freedom after the weather turned chilly and rainy at CoCo Cay last Sunday. We actually ate there 3 times during our B2B2B and it was fairly empty the other 2 times as well…guess the crowds hadn’t discovered it yet!
El Loco Fresh is all I ate on the Freedom. What a great addition! It's like a better Chipotle. I just canceled the Allure for the Oasis just because it didn't have the El Loco Fresh on it.
Wish they had more of these on ships! You think they’d have a chipotle style operation going.. seems like they could streamline the process a bit better that way👌🏼
Loved this option on Oasis! It’s nice to have a free, easy option other than Sorrentos. We ate there multiple times. It’s nice that it’s on the pool deck, making it easy to grab a bite while at the pool. We even just went to grab chips and guacamole/salsa a couple times for poolside snacks.
@@simplyatsea6779 sure, free is good. But I don't mind spending a few extra dollars for something different. Can't do it this every day anyway. Also, it's included if you get the UDP.
el loco fresh surprised me with how yummy it was. And the staff were all super friendly. I think we went back several times though I never tried the burritos because they looked boring all wrapped up hahaha
Love your channel. Do you have any comments or suggestions for RCI sailing out of San Juan? Explorer of The Seas. I’ve heard you can’t visit the islands unless you’re in a RCI excursion.

Had El Loco Fresh on the Navigator of the Seas a couple weeks ago. Sampled the chicken, beef, "chili beef" and burritos. The pre-made burrito was the only disappointing thing I had. I was very satisfied with all the other stuff.
I was really looking forward to trying El Loco Fresh on my last cruise. But every time I thought to, I thought, "Eh. I can get Mexican any time at home," and opted for Indian instead. I rarely get Indian. Maybe next time... 😀
Looking forward to this on Wonder, where it replaces Wipeout Cafe from previous ships. Do they serve breakfast as well like Wipeout Grill did? It was a our little secret, never crowded for breakfast and if you needed anything they didn't have, it was just one floor down to the Windjammer. Love the Tortilla machine. Fresh tortillas are the best!
Hi Tony San Diego here again.A little surprised at the workers handing you the items for the taco fillings did not have gloves on behind the counters ? also a few of the things that they had sitting out like the glasses for pouring your drinks …just came back from the Holland America koningsdam Cruise and you absolutely could not do any of that stuff on your own …they had gloves on both hands any of the food items that you receive were given to you and I do mean anything !! also if you wanted any kind of beverage at all from water to a cocktail 🍹 drink they were served to you with the gloves on .. The way it used to be back in the day when you cruised.also I’m wondering why royal Caribbean cruise line isn’t following the same protocol that Holland America does? Do you think it’s because there’s an older class of people on the Holland America and they’re a little bit more safety conscious? We love that of Holland America as we are the above 60+ senior age group now
I love it. I had nachos and burritos almost every day. The nacho chips with carnitas was my favorite. I want to go back!!! And Anne on Symphony that greeted me every time and never made me feel bad made the experience even better.
I’m sure it’s better than Taco Bell. I don’t get beef there any more it’s so fake. I would want a taco salad like I have seen on Vlogs of Blue Iguana Cantina.

All RC ships should have this added tried it on the symphony and Wonder of the sea and was delicious would go on the small ships if this was added to all fleets
The chips needed some cheese sauce and guacamole! The tacos looked good and messy. How was the quesadilla? And why are you waiting till 1:30 to have your 1st meal? I've never been on RCL but your videos sure make me want to try it. The food looks amazing!
