Royal Carribean Anthem of the seas July rain closes top running deck 

Even in July on #RoyalCarribean #AnthemoftheSeas #cruiseship inclement weather can cause top deck's running track to be temporarily closed for safety, the next lower partially covered deck still open though the pool just less popular due to rain & wind. The neighboring indoor pool remains very popular.
