A few years ago, I made a rather poorly lit, short, shaky video explaining the major giveaway of an Indian Enfield Bullet frame, which was all well and good to a point, but here, thanks to having a few British and Indian machines present all at once, I have been able to discuss some of the various differences between them in greater detail and depth, the aim being to hopefully help those thinking of buying to know exactly what they are looking at.
This is basically to outline some of the differences and milestone changes, but is not a comprehensive list of all the detail changes, from one year to the next, but it will help identify whether a machine is British or Indian, for those who might like to know.
