Here's a short video with the H5 mounted directly above the exhaust. Sadly, the right microphone of the XYH-5 stereo mic I'm using has a bad cable and doesn't deliver a constant signal. So I did some mixing and made due with the result I have... quite happy though, the thump is there 🙂 I've already got a replacement mic, the XYH-6, but sadly it's raining again so no further tests for now 😕 Oh yeah and you can now see me AND the bike... there's a short "follow" sequence 😉 Yeah, I'm tall 🤣

Awesome video. You deserve lots more subscribers and views which I am sure you will get. Desert Storm is good but I like the battle green more, sadly its not available for use to the general public in India as that color is for exclusive use for the army.

Hello Fred, sounds awesome me buddy, just like the Classic should. When recording just the exhaust sound I use a TASCAM DX5 and place it in a RE bag on the side of the bike. This way it gets zero wind noise and all muffle sound.

Cheers mate. I record it a bit differently as I find putting the recording device in a bag muffles the sound a bit compared to other techniques. What I use and how I use it will be in a future video 😉
