Sir, Thank you very much indeed for posting this very clear video of this operation. I have had to remove the rear wheel on my own Bullet Classic to replace a broken wheel spoke and whilst the wheel came out fairly well, I could se many problems replacing it. What I had missed was the need to remove the brake pads from the calliper to gain the manoeuvring space to ease the entire operation. Thank you, I am indebted to you.
A big THANK YOU for posting this video! I have long dreaded removing the rear wheel, but this video was the kick in the butt I needed 😃 All went well, rear wheel is now back on the bike. 👌
at 3:24 very conveniently he skipped the most important part of fitting the rear tyre back into the position. which is aligning/fitting the tyre back into the plus shaped hooves, which is the most complex part and he skipped it.. not much learning in this video. rest of it is pretty simple.
This is the only clip I refer to everytime I need to remove the rear wheel and what a bitch bastard of a job doing this by myself. I now have a centre lift to get the bike up high enough to remove the wheel from under the guard.
