most probably there won't be any major update other than alloy wheels and round tail light. some current owners complain about the difficulty during a tyre puncture since it comes with tube. if that's a deal breaker for u, better wait till the update.
Buy now, When RE releases alloys or tubeless spoke for the twins, buy the alloys and add it to your bike. Don't delay your dream for something that might/might not happen.
