Thank you bhai! Meri Himalayan mein same issue hai. Service center kaafi samay se to ignore maarte rhe, tappet setting aur bas... Finally one admitted head is faulty. Head replacement under warranty should solve the problem. I'm completely satisfied with your logic. You are definitely one of the few good royal enfield mechanics. Exactly i having this sound in my thunderbird 350x, bike just 1700 km chali hai, maine bohot bar service center me gaya tha, bt who log bolte hai ye normal hai sab bs4 bike me, lekin mujhe bhi knowledge nahi tha, thanks bhai iss video ke liye,.. U r best..

My bullet ES 350 BSVI has similar sound issue. In service centre they say it's normal for BSVI. Can you please make one video on that

I am from west bengal. But dada after 4000 to 5000 kms Again this guide and valve sound problem will come back. It's better to change complete set head valve, spring. I have face this same sound..problem I did this leadh work 1st then again same after above kms. It's my personal experience dada 🙏🏼 Dada your working videos are 👌.too good 👍

600 ki valve, 300 ka guide, 300 labour 300+300+600=1200 approx ka kaam hai

How many days do service center take to solve this problem by claiming warranty my bike (gunmetal grey350) had same noise they said engine head issue to solve this they took more than a month and still it had issue so when I addressed them the issue they are taking another month to solve what I'm supposed to do

Old model engines par bhi kuch videos ho toh kafi help ho jayegi. Like gear usme na fasse,heating issues, etc. I have 1988 model.

Royal enfield ki complete wiring aur fuse ke diagram ko samjhane wala vedio banaiye taki gadi band hone aur light/ horn band hone par check karna seekh sake

@@prayasgautam3331 No dude. But in the video itself he has explained and given the price of new valves. As for the head guide, that's a lathe work, so usual price(which I don't know). But I would like to remind you that he said, sounds might be different for different video recordings. But this one is less costly and can be tried efficiently. There is another video about tappet sound on his channel. That issue is a big one. But he has explained it very beautifully. The minor parts we need to watch out while correcting. I would suggest you to see that one too.
