That is class, total respect. Fantastic. If Steve McQueen were here now he would champion your phenominal skills and outstanding built /interpretation. Magic. Regards Gareth Wiltshire UK. Gratitude. Quality. Respect.
We built much this project from a mix of parts we had here in the shop. Having the ability to machine your own fittings, spacers and adapters made it possible for us but impractical for the average DIY builder. Anyone who takes us up on our offer to build them their own will receive a refined iteration.
That's really awesome it reminds me of being a kid and watching my Dad race Penton's and Triumphs in the late 60's and early 70's . He had a 500 Trophy Trail that I rode to school on sunny days in high school .
That was so cool , I've been approaching my first motorcycle latley and I have somany questions , this build was great , just great. I'm subscribed and I'll definitely visit your site when I finally make a decision.
Fantastic project. My old time (i wanna get bike) my dream going to INDIA buy and tour around INDIA fail after a terrible Ducati accident i had 2003 keep me out of ride for a year. Now, I still thinking once again to built my RW cafe racer. We see..
The foot pegs are pretty heavily modified aftermarket foot pegs for a Honda CRF. We had to modify them and machine parts to allow them to work with our Enfield.
Gorgeous Bike with the perfect vintage scrambler meets modern.trials bike. The only thing I'd probably change is the exhaust. I like the looks of the dual mid high pipes in the old trials bikes and scrambles. 1 on each side, or 2 on 1 both look cool. The other thing I think would really compliment this bike would be to ditch the rear fender,. Weld the pipes to come up into a 2 into 1 manifold and hang a nice oval muffler with a slash cut tip the same width as the cafe seat so it kind of looks like a shorty fender back there. But please don't take those as me taking shots at you design. I have nothing but respect for shat you put together here.
A lot of time has taken place between when we performed this build and produced this video. We also built the bike on a preproduction model, it's possible that there were changes to the final release or he simply may have misspoken.
The bike just looks amazing. I was wondering a few things like the INT 650 in India already came with 18 inch wheels. Also with the rear long ICON shocks, did you have to do an EVAP delete? Because I run a shock that is about 40mm longer than the stock and the tyre sits really close to the EVAP unit. Lastly man I want that Skid plate! Looks absolutely lovely! Hell I want my bike like the one with the high plastic fender.

Thanks for the video. I'd love to hear of what you did to reduce the weight of this bike from its roughly 200kg or 440 lb to something a little more suitable for off road competition. I'm only short and light (65kg or 143 lb) so the ride height of this bike would not suit me and I've spent some time reducing the weight (by 22kg or 48 lb) and ride height with 35mm or 1.4" shorter rear shocks on my GT 650 RE road bike but I still want to reduce weight further if I can (while still keeping it purely as a road bike). Does anybody make aluminum fuel tanks for these ? Most of my weight loss came from changing out the battery for a Li-ion one and replacing the exhaust system with a lighter 2 into 1 system but some weight came off from substituting titanium or aluminum or nylon where the OEM parts were made of steel.
We really weren't looking to make a competition bike. The goal was to build something that could accomplish the task which was simply to run the race with out breaking anything and have a good time. Mission accomplished. We weren't given a budget from Royal Enfield for this build so we used what we had on hand. 😘
