Being an island girl all you have to do is wine up and your definitely gone be losing weight our dance does seriously have you burned out by time you finish i does dance all over my house as exercise but you will never see me dance in public i love this video i gone start watching everyone of them and start my work out the right way

Any exercises that can help perfect my whine and tic? I know it's important to have a strong core but maybe back muscles are important too? I just can't dance like I used to anymore and I wanna get back 😭

omalone11 ummm... First of all in the Caribbean thats what most of our dances revolve around... You may find it cheap and yes thats your opinion, but in the Caribbean dances like that or dances overall are our culture and what we use to come together as one and enjoy ourselves.
