www.rmchcharity.org.uk/ - Representatives from companies all across the North West joined BBC Dragon's Den star Theo Paphitis for the launch of the Many Hands Campaign at Room restaurant in Manchester's city centre.
The 12 month initiative aims to engage with small and medium sized businesses to raise money for Royal Manchester Children's Hospital by asking each business to pledge to raise £1,000 in the most inventive and engaging way possible.
North West Tonight Presenter, Ranvir Singh hosted the event and Theo gave an inspired talk about what makes a successful business and announced that Ryman and his new venture Boux Avenue will be getting involved. Other speakers at the networking event included Stewart McCombe from William Ritchie Ltd speaking about his experience of the hospital following treatment his 15-year-old son Duncan received for a brain tumour.
Theo Paphitis said, "I consider it an honour to be fronting the Many Hands Campaign again and I am really looking forward to seeing the innovative fundraising ideas that companies come up with."
