If you watch Act Man, he basically said the game had some good ideas that weren't fleshed because the campaign missions were too linear and the story wasn't executed well, thus creating a forgettable campaign.

There was one standout mission for me that really let you utilize the sand box. All the others just felt extremely linear. Mitchell just had no character at all, and the only reason I remember name is because it was screamed at me over 100 times through the game to get me do things. I mean seriously, the game absolutely babies you throughout the first two missions. The story was extremely predictable as well. It felt like the game was held back a ton to not sway too far away from the CoD formula of stuffing you down narrow streets to shoot fish in a barrel. They tease a wide sandbox with lots of tools available and then stripped it away. I think IW is the most underrated easily. Great characters that actually have lots of depth and development, wide variety of levels letting you full utilize the sandbox tools, and a mission select and central hub that lets you view how the results of the missions impact your crew.

@@SeaGLGaming Still can't believe they got Kit Harrington (Jon Snow from Game of Thrones) as the villain in IW. But yeah, if you watch Act Man's video, he talks about how the game could've been good but because of poor story telling and linear game design, it became forgettable. he proposed a better idea which was like Citizen Cane, where you play as a young Jonathan Irons, building The Atlas Corporation from the ground up and then you play as his son Will Irons for the rest of the game.

Killzone 2 and 3 is one of the best of the best sci-fi shooter that he should try, it has some military-ness in it .

Same, I feel like it got too much of a bad rep because everyone was tired of future stuff. definitely a solid game imo.

It's true. Confirmed a while ago. Had about 15 accusers come out against him. Text messages and everything. He then tried to come out as gay as an excuse for his actions. Most of the allegations and lawsuits were dropped with prejudice, but the criminal lawsuit was dropped after the accuser suddenly died of cancer.

Charlie Craig I liked aw’s campaign using all the futuristic stuff for the first time. IW had a fantastic and emotional story.
