Ghee contain long chain fatty acids which are healthy fats important for unhealthy fats reduction,LDL reduction and improves skin conditioning and enhances collagen etc Its important to have a healthy balanced diet as such and it does no benefit eating proteins, if they are not coupled with fats :)
