Why is a two bedroom house,so expensive 18million.what is going on in Jamaica 🇯🇲. I remember when houses were selling for,9 thousands dollars, and people were losing their home,from Caribbean ,Company's on Duke Street. And now houses are going to cost people millions. They can't afford it. Shame on the Government.
I agreed. About 10 years ago I bought a nice 2br 1ba house in the area for just over $3 million dollars. I just sold it for $15 million. House prices are crazy in JA. Now, I can't find another house unless I add to that $15 million. I think the whole world has gone crazy, but I am older and I have lived long enough to know that what goes up will come down. Just hang on...
We need a police station at the entrance of the building. Take out these shops. People drive through their to get inside of their house. New land is not a safe place. Security forces goes to bed.Looking at this house we need policeman.

It's beautifully done. Kudos to the developer, he gave the purchasers something to be proud of. The kitchen is beautiful and the inside washroom is the icing. Other developers should take a page out his book. Only one draw back... I hear the area isn't so good!!! Do you know if he is doing anymore homes?

Sorry to burst everyone bubble this is a bad investment Newlands is a very very violence prone area snd this is in the heart of Newlands it's going to be very unsafe plus there is always war going on there and security won't be able to stop break ins unless they are going to use JDF soldiers

So true! The house and how it is set it up is nice but on the outside....the backyard tour...notice the Newlands upstairs houses overlooking the fence....can you imagine those eyes on you all the time....no, thank you! Newlands bwoy dem WILL jump that fence!!!

New Build Homes I think they are going to struggle to attract the right buyers for a location in Newlands. You don't want to go overboard with internal fittings but equally got to get the price right.
Stop building ugly houses , get a real architect to design something that look good. People work hard for their money. They don't pick it up. My dog house has a better design.
