Royal Train at Alnmouth Station

On the 22nd June 2011 the Royal train pulled into Alnmouth station
With Her Majesty the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh onboard
They were met at the station by the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland
Before being taken to Alnwick Castle by Royal Car
Here are a few pictures of them arriving enjoy.

Lovely pictures you have taken in the dreadful conditions as it was rather wet. I was myself at the garden party it was brilliant. Thank you once again.

Excellent photo presentation. Poor Prince Phillip got a right Royal soaking getting off the train without his brolly.

@allan5919 Thanks for the comment allan. He did not get soaked really bad as the royal car was only 15 meters from the train so it was a quick pick up Her Majesty did say it was very cold though.

taxiride1 You would be disappointed. I have travelled on it quite a few times, as I worked at Buckingham Palace for 30 years. It's not very luxurious, just comfortable and nothing very special.
