The Queen was here before me, my mom and my grandma, she's always been here you'd think she'd outlive us all but death takes us all in the end. The world's a smaller place without her in it, may she rest in Peace.

She lived a great life and followed thru to her speech when she was young. Her public service is unparalleled to anyone. She did her duties until her death without complain. Appointing her 15th Prime Minister a few hours before her death...what a remarkable woman.

She was just a person like everyone else, but she did her duty well and that in itself is commendable and sets her apart from most. Rest in peace, Elizabeth.

Not only has she been outstanding serving our country as our Queen, she's the only person I know who's served her country in world war 2, and continued to serve us all until her sad death three days ago. I got kinda annoyed that they said Harry ‘put his feud aside’ and went to catch the queen in her final moments. This is his grandmother, to which the public understood they had a very close and loving relationship. And even in her death the media manages to make it about some of kinda of family dispute or drama, Harry didn’t so happen to be in London he was clearly there for his grandmother because the family were more aware than anyone of her declining health. Making comments such as that is simply a way of minimising their love and family bond to one another.

I know she was 96, but I’m still kind of shocked she passed. Just two days ago I saw a picture of her with the new prime minister and she didn’t look too bad. Though she looked a bit frail and had a cane, she didn’t look like she was extremely close to death. There will never been a monarch like her again. 70 years is an incredible reign and one likely not to be repeated ever again. May she R.I.P.

From the moment Prince Phillip died back in April, I know that this day would come, and I am sad to know that she passed sooner than I expected. My thoughts always goes out to her hoping that she will live up to 100, but I think death is inevitable, and I am just glad she finally can rest in peace together with her "King", her love of her life, Prince Phillip Duke of Edinburgh.

They broke the mold when they made this beautiful woman. There will NEVER be another like her royal or not. Her service and duty to her country, the commonwealth and her family was just awe inspiring. I will miss her dearly. But I find comfort in knowing that she is with her husband, sister and parents again.

As a British, life won't be the same without her majesty. I've only been alive for nearly 11 years now and she was like somebody I've known for longer. I'll be turning 11 around Christmas but Elizabeth won't be here. May her soul rest well knowing she's done good for our glorious country.

Had the news on earlier and watched the crowds gather at Buckingham Palace. There was something so very beautiful, watching thousands of people shedding tears for the loss of the Queen. Not because she was gone, of course. But because she was so very beloved by SO many in the UK and beyond. To see how her passing affected everyone...just incredible. May she rest peacefully now that she has been reunited with her prince.

I still remember her entrance in 2012 Olympics with James Bond from the helicopter. I was there and I met her. She was very polite and I talked to her and couldn't believe it. I am 17 now, and it's really sad to see her go😢 Long Live The Queen👑

Londoner here. I have to say everything is very hushed when you step outside your door. As much as some people still have to work we all have a sad consensus as we get on our respective buses and trains. We've officially entered a 10 day mourning period in the run up to the state funeral. We're truly feeling the loss of our queen especially being in the capital. She was like everyone's mother or grandmother and it hits more because the way the ascension to the throne works works we won't be having another queen for a very long time. RIP Lizzy ❤️
