Tips for attending a Sox game at Fenway Park: 1. Wear a ball cap 🧢 2. Take the MBTA’s green line to Kenmore Station 3. Arrive the the ballpark earlier than usual 4. Cheer your heart out 5. Sing along to “Sweet Caroline” as loud as you can #REDSOXNATION
I used to spend a lot more money, but this year I barely have spent any on the Red Sox only because I’m just not happy with the owners. Teams playing great, but they were not supposed to. Until the owners start investing, I’m not. It cost so much damn money to take your two kids to the Red Sox game. I would spend at least $1500 a year at Fenway Park. So far I have spent about 200 and that’s all I really want to do unless after the trade deadline the Red Sox owners, go get someone even if it’s a rental.
Thank you mommy...........my first comment taken down because I said I'd watch it on TV and this Peter person thinks we all have such low IQ's that we need his guidance to see a ball game🤥🥴
As much as I hated trading Hunter Renfroe for JBJ it looks like David Hamilton is paying off in that deal...He is a hell of an infielder with wheels to boot...The guy has like 24 steals on the season and swings a solid bat
True. I mean obviously it’s not but if you look at JBJ compared to Renfroe it wasn’t even close, Renfroe was a much much much better hitter and a better throwing outfielder, JBJ was pathetic when he returned but Hamilton has been solid.
Been invested with this 2024 squad since spring training. This team has a ton of talent, a great manager, a smart coaching staff, the best ballpark and a bad ass fanbase. I don't think they need to change the menu at the trade deadline, just a couple key role players (like the Bruins did) and go with most of the ingredients you got cooking, because it already smells good.
Nice end to a very surprising first half. Duran is one special player. Ralphy earning his keep. Smith? What a player. Bello will only get better. Can't wait for the next half. Go Red Sox.
🧐after the past two years I can say there’s a lot less swings and misses by the Sox hitters. Gettting a relief starting pitcher to give the starters some rest including another versatile outfielder who can play right/center and left field would keep this good Sox defense fresh. This is a good team let’s see if management will run them in the ground but not getting a relief starter/bullpen pitcher and another versatile outfielder. Certainly don’t miss Trevor nightmare Story, Bobby Dalbec, Kevin Plawecki, Chris clearance Sale, Michael Wacha and Xander Bogaerts swings and misses chasing pitches down and away out the strike zone
@@alt777-in9lw And like the booth mentioned today, adding that 4 seam fastball more and working on his command of it. Otherwise he is sitting with a 3 pitch mix with only 1 fastball(sinker), which has been getting tee'd off on this year.
Dom & Defense added up to taking the series completing the 1st half on a high note. Keep freshly sealed to open up the 2nd half in LA with or without reinforcements.
My compliments to the Red Sox staff and the young players to end the first half of ‘24 this way and the place in the American League East. They have surprised me with this result that early for this young team.❤ And to Bello I want to say, hang in there kid I know you have great pitching stuff at your disposal.💪🏼👊🏼 Go Red Sox!!!🎉🎉
Bello leaves way too many pitches dead center. His slider could be insane if he locates it. Circle change has no dip in the humidity. He needs to get that pinpoint command he had last year
A lot of folks want casas back. I'm not sold on him with his glove and lack of speed over Dom Smith. I'll say it again just like i did yesterday Dom gets many important RBI's. I wouldn't start Casas unless he is crushing it with bat speed in his inevitable rehab assignment in the minors. Any thoughts? Once again my favorite Sox this year Rafela making a huge play late whether it is with bat, speed, or the glove!
Bauer definitely got wronged and MLB mishandled a bad messy situation. But as the details came out about some of his past dubious, certainly weird and unhealthy, arguably violently abusive behavior over time in OTHER relationships... I think he's probably un-signable for multiple reasons. Unfortunately he has nobody to blame but himself for his past choices. Even totally ignoring the evil woman who tried to blackmail him. Shame. Interesting player, interesting person, and I for one really appreciate his "healthy disrespect" for the dumpster fire that is MLB commissioner/rules about PEDs, stickum, and juiced balls etc.
