If Royce wanted to murder Cole Lyrically he would've done it; all due respect to Cole. We're talking about the same dude that went toe to toe with EMINEM for an entire album and came out on top in many of those songs. If this was some bar fest and they both went off over a hard beat, I would be comparing verses, but it isn't, so just enjoy the great music these two produced, stop looking for "the better verse".
