Before her performance of Carmen at the Vienna State Opera Elīna Garanča spent the afternoon with the Czech conductor Jan Bubák. They talked in the Marble Hall about opera backstage, good and bad singing teachers and the recipe for a long career. Ms. Garanča also revealed why she hates her own recordings and what roles the theatres offer to her after her experience with Wagner last year. And btw. today it's Ms. Garanča's birthday!
Elīna Garanča míří do Ostravy! Před jejím posledním představením Carmen ve Wiener Staatsoper strávila odpoledne s českým dirigentem Janem Bubákem.
