Concept behind RSI very well explained. Now I understand that higher RSI means average gain is higher than average loss over the given period. I need to work more to understand how to use it for precise entry and exit.
thank you alot rayner but for all the rookies a little advice would be use this indicators on binary indices such as voltility 75 especially on smaller time frames...trust me, the rsi tells you when to buy and sells with accuracy. it would be most beneficial to a scalper
To all asking for “the RSI system”: your trading platform has this available, no doubt, doesn't matter which one you use. Thanks for the insight, Rayner. RSI can be used in other ways, too, but your way is definitely one of the more useful ones.

The real beauty of the RSI is how price is bullish above the 50 and bearish below. Its a great signal when used with its 14 SMA to get in and out of trades. I would urge everyone to just go down to lower time frames and watch it all day....gives you so much confidence day trading.

RSI is a good indicator. I use to not for overbought or oversold but also for finding divergence and RSI line breakouts via trendline. It was great information buddy. Keep it up.
If I’m looking at a 1day one min chart. Is the previous day high also the last candle played out on chart? I always thought it was actually the day before.
@@joetrades1324 joe, 1 hour is good but you should understand some facts about RSI. RSI over bought or oversold does not indicate the market will reverse, the next thing is that, RSI sometime is quite indecisive. So, to use RSI effectively, you should first understand the usage of RSI in different market scenario and context. Most suitable is drawing trendline in RSI and watch out for a break and another is Divergence with confluence to 2 line MACD
You gave me hope. Because of this video I did some good trades from past few days. You gave me hope that not all youtubers are like that. Thanks! Enlightening perspective for using RSI. I am able to super-impose the long-term RSI and short-term RSI in one window on MT4, one glance will tell the long term and short term momentum. Kindly teach us the RSI System!
Have you managed to put both 250 and 10 period in one indicator window? I can only get 2 separate indicator windows. Have you found any signals to trades with it yet? I don't find many winning trades that fulfil both conditions when manually testing it on MT4.
