Yes. The LT1 usually retains the plastic headlight tray but if you don't have any of that just order a full kit for a 98-02 Camaro and then you have to figure out how to mount the individual headlights like the LT has.

If you cut right in front of the sway bar brackets you can. You'll have to trip the remaining length off the front kit frame bars so you can reinstall the bumper.
