when installing axles... always use anti-seize on the teeth of the axles that connect with the hub, and applying a little bit of axle-grease to the transmission side of the axle-threads to help install them.
If you don’t have a press but you have a couple of days to spare on your hands with an axel stuck in the hub just soak it with break fluid every day for a couple of days then use a puller with an impact gun. May have to get a new wheel bearing and hub since they’re already messed up anyways but you save the spindle and axel
Seat time matters when it comes to welding. It took me about a week to learn how to properly set my machine, depending on material and gauge. Another yr to get really good at it. Layouts, fab and seat time. Just keep at it. Saves headaches and makes money, can't lose.🔫🔫🔥🔥
Serg...what flywheel and clutch setup would you recommend for K24A4 block w/24A2 rotating assembly swapped into 04 Civic Si EP3 w/6 speed transmission also? Want to keep close to stock pedal feel but get the most out of the swap both on the street and strip from time to time?
Hey, your videos are really helpful. I have a question, i have a hard time putting my driver side axle all the way in, feels like the circlip doesent want to lock in. The axle goes all the way in without the circlip, got a new clip from my acura dealer, do you think thats what is wrong with it?
What your customer needs to do is send that exhaust back and work on the basics lolololol! He need motor mounts before making his car all loud, he should also go RBC before a dang exhaust lolol! SCRATCH THAT, GET SOME DAMN AXLES!!! LOLOL
