Rt 129 & Lalor Street Improvements 

In New Jersey’s capital city, Rt 129 and Lalor Street was known as “the most dangerous intersection in the United States”. Speeding vehicles were running red lights and not stopping for traffic signals, pedestrians or even crossing guards.
