Do you have to keep them close together whilst they are pairing? I'm not having any luck getting it to work.

Done everything as you said above, the red LED does not go steady when paired, instead the green and red lights starts to alternate. any idea why?

Do you have to wait 10mins for the pairing to complete or do you just keep an eye on the lights to confirm it has paired?

I changed the thermostat battery today. Now the receiver is only showing solid red light but is not paired. I tired pairing several times. But I cant get it blinking so I can pair again. Help please.

am the same as many people who bought this wireless thermostat . I have tried many different ways to try and get this thing to pair. I have watched some tapes men RU-vid . and it seems easy . my red light flashes all the time but won't connect to the receiver .I have gone to the Salus web site and that's no much good . looks like it in the bin for this 5 year warranty is not much good if it dosnt do the job

I have an old thermostat what was only connected to the boiler through 2 wires, that's it. Now I got this shit Salus RT520RF that require those 2 wires plus another 2 and a 220 socket to plug it in. That should be on the package, on the site, on the product description, before people purchase this. I don't have an extra socket to plug this in, as my old wireless one worked wired to the boiler

This is CRAP. It does not work and when it did work It decided to un-pair????? Going to get a Holywell setup.

Shite help, confusing.
