Only now do we realise how much Pia was suffering inside. Her eyes say it all in this video. Kenneth, you are an awesome communicator. Much better than me. Bravery is in continuing to go on when you want to give in.

Especially Sad after seeing your more recent video. Sorry for your loss. Walking through the cemetery was ultimately foreboding.

Pretty dark in retrospect. The way she almost cries when he talks about her leaving him. And her saying that she hopes to see him ride all over the world. A really bittersweet way of saying I really hope that I will see you from heaven above. Seems like she had already made up her mind on the path she chose. It´s so sad and I really am sorry for your loss.

The guy is definitelly a handsome man and a nice intelligent person. The only reason I see she left is severe depression, it's the state when the person literally is unable to feel anything including love and connection to somebody. It wasn't you Kenneth, it's her. Anyways I found this channel just randomly and your story touched me pretty much.

I, as many below, watched in reverse with the sad note of Pia's passing. You could absolutely see the pain in her eyes and it was very sad. I have also dealt with childhood trauma and depression and it's extremely difficult for anyone to deal with. It took me years to heal from it but I am well on my way. It sounded like you all had bonded around that initially so if I may suggest something, please surround yourself with family and friends and don't go through any of this pain alone. The worse feeling is thinking that you are the only one dealing with pain and depression. Reach out and follow your dreams...make this trip a reality and try and celebrate Pia's life along the way. I hope you are able to travel and heal from this. I look forward to updates of you making this trip a reality.

I just found your channel and the first episode I watched was "R.I.P. Pia" so I started watching other episodes. I have been through some incredible hard times but I am starting to travel fulltime by RV, backpacking, kayaking and on my adventure motorcycle. I encourage you to follow your dream even if alone like I am. You'll meet people along the way and you have your subscribers here to talk to and us your camera as if your talking to your followers and you'll never be alone. If you ever make it to the USA you've got someone to share the path for awhile.

I think Pia love you terribly from inside more than you do. She must be going through a hard time inside and probably need a big help. I know it is now to late... RIP Pia.

As someone who has also suffered from severe depression in my life, I can see the pain, suffering and anguish etched in the face of that tormented beautiful soul. Kenneth you can keep her and your memories alive. Don't be afraid to talk and get help from the people around you, it saved me.

Kenneth and Pia, I congratulate you both for being courageous in sharing this chapter of your lives with the world, together. Calling the end of a relationship is not easy and doing it together in front of a camera takes a lot of courage; in front of the world. I went through a difficult separation a few years ago and it stuck with me. This last fall I went on my first adventure motorcycle trip, of 6,200+ miles over 24 days. It gave me a lot of time to ponder without disrupting stimulus. It allowed me to get my head cleared. Blessings to both of you as you move forward. I am glad to hear you both will continue to ride. After the last video and reading the comments, had a feeling that this was coming. So sorry for the pain you are both going through, but it will pass with time! After 30 years of marriage I can tell you that relationship is not always easy and involves a ton of compromise! Having the same, shared goals is a big help, but since it seems that your goals are now different, maybe this is best for now. I'm sure I speak for all when I say that Pia will be greatly missed on the channel, but I will be happy to continue following your coffee, friends, and motorcycle adventures, Kenneth. When I first watched this video, I was terrified by the incredibly deep sadness I could read in Pia's eyes and face. I was so sad, although I don't know personally any one of you two... Her face inspired compassion and love, and I felt she was falling beyond the limit. Regret. Compassion with you too, Kenneth. Please, keep on riding.

Wow, wasn't expecting this today. Thank you both for this journey you've taken us on and the bravery in putting this video up. It's something very different/raw/real about talking to the camera about your break up versus writing it on the blog or posting on social media. I'm sad to see Pia leaving your relationship and the channel but I'm glad she will continue riding. Communication is an important part of a relationship, my husband and I had rough times when were first together, we saw a counselor and she helped us both understand our issues individually and as a couple and we are still together after 24 years. I hope you continue with the channel and your journey, you are quite the inspiration. Even if you might feel like a failure (which you are not) just remember there's a lots of people out there that won't even try. I always remember the proverb, 'fall down 7 times, stand up 8.' I guess instead of the dynamic duo it will be the sensational single. Lets hope for better lives in 2021. Peace!

I’m so, so sorry for everything you’ve had to deal with. 😢 However, your incredible struggles that you have dealt with this year, really put my own life difficulties in perspective and show and inspire me that I can press on & forward in my life… and eventually reach a place in my mind that will allow me to be happy in life. I found your channel because of motorcycles. In any other circumstances I'd be very critical about what you two were sharing publicly in terms of your relationship. That being said I also find you at a time where the issue of mental health is something I've aknowledged for myself. What I'm trying to say is thank you for bringing light onto it and I'm genuinely sorry for the loss.

This has been a hefty 12 episodes for me. It really hit me. I started watching because of a motorcycle adventure from north to south. After your accident in the 2nd episode, I binge watched the rest of the episodes. I saw two brave young adults being real and very open about all the bad stuff that happens in a life. Thank you for your honesty, I think that takes guts to do. You have my utter respect for that, to me that is ground breaking. Unusual, but dead real honest. I also learned that Pia is no longer with us, and that fills me with tears. I have seen such a brave loving woman in your episodes. An exceptional human being. Mental disease sucks, I know from my own experience. Good luck to you and thank you for sharing!

After i watched all videos with you two i feeling like i know you both in person,finally i saw video when you are talking about her tragic death,that one really crush me down and i was really sad. She was one of the kind especially for you,so sorry for your loss,and i hope you get better with the time. Mental ilness is really tough subject to deal with,you done everything right,some people just cant be saved it doesnt matter how hard you are trying they would keep getting away,im talking from personal experience having a friend who is dealing with same issues. Here I sit on Christmas Eve 2020 just having found a few months ago after Moro madness featured a clip this adventure channel . I a 50 year old man cried like a young man. I got up from my place in front of the tube and hugged my wife from behind as I cried and thanked her for not giving up on me after breaking my neck. I don’t presume to know or can I say how anyone should live their life. I hope the best for you both! I can barely finish this text because my eyes are full of salty water.

I discoverd this channel from the episode when you explain her death. It is weird to watch the old videos of this channel. Life is meaningless but it's wonderful to make it nicer for yourself and others. Keep doing what makes you happy and if you can help others to rise from the mud it's even better.

Pia's last words about finding out to see where her future lies ... with the last final video cut on the cemetery ... This is so sad ... Heartbreaking. But as Kenneth said, we fully have to respect her choice, , it was her life. Rest in peace Pia, I wish it put an end to all the pain you went through, and that you're now free from all of it.

As 2020 comes to a close the world, the people, have been part of a very difficult year. This is sad news. Please look ahead not back. You all made a great team. But, life is difficult and events affect all of us in different ways. Both of you have a bright future. Your knowledge in your fields of interest has intrigued me from the beginning. I just found your channel one week ago, and started on the old videos to learn about motorcycling and camping in Norway, and was shocked and moved by your accident and recovery journey, and although the thought crossed my mind that this situation is very demanding for a relationship I didn’t expect to see you guys breaking up so soon. I’m so sorry for your loss Kenneth. I see that you would rather still stay with Pia, and that makes it even harder for you. At the same time I’m sure it wasn’t easy for Pia to make that decision, specially after this difficult time, and I commend her courage for doing what she feel is best for her. Even though it’s hard and feels maybe unfair, it’s better than her staying and living an unhappy life - you wouldn’t want that for her. I hope you continue making videos. If you want suggestions, I would love to see videos where you talk about winterisation of the bike for storage in winter, packing tips for trips in Norway, coffee brewing basics and tips, and just many more videos of you biking and camping through the country - I plan on getting my A license in Norway next summer and those videos are very inspiring.
