Amen! While the desire for marriage and intimacy is not wrong, a man and marriage in and of themselves will NEVER satisfy the deepest needs and longings of our heart. Only Christ can do that. It’s a deep truth we must truly believe otherwise we will hurt our husbands because of unmet unrealistic expectations, and we will damage our marriages. May our security and identity be 1000% found and rooted in Christ.

One of the devil's greatest lies is when he tries to make me think I'll find some kind of satisfaction outside God and His word.

Don't buy the lie that, no one else can satisfy you but Jesus. Line of 2020

You want to stop couples from having sex , get married. You can have friends, church relationships, men's prayer groups , women's prayer groups, pray hard etc. ..and the older you get the more these relationships slowly disappear and at the end of the day your still going home alone to your cats. You can justify anything you want with scripture and that goes both ways, its in the person whos interpretation of scripture is and there agenda. side note: I like how these married couples tell you if cant find someone to marry just to suck it up, cause God s got a plan for you (but you ain't going to like it )
