RTSA Calls on riders to acquire licenses 

The Road Transport and Safety Agency-RTSA- in Kasama District has called on motorbike riders in the district to start acquiring licenses so that they are not in conflict with law.
Kasama Road Traffic Inspector ISAAC NG'AMBI says the agency is concerned that a number of motorbike transporters are conducting business without licenses.
