There’s Stephen Sayer, third row back left of the camera (stage right) with his cream colored tie and left hand coming up pointing the the heavens. I always like watching his easy, smooth, athletic style, and always a big smile.

It's not that hard.You just need the stamina. The movements are on even counts - nothing complex.

Mr. White, DO IT! You sure could my man! It *is* fun and you don’t need to do the entire routine. Just practice, there’s plenty of RU-vid’s that break it down for ya. C’mon, we need more people to make us smile-and get some aerobic exercise while we’re at it ;-)
